I am so sorry it is late. But I don't think anyone will be disappointed. I believe this is the best issue yet. And the Jan/Feb 07 issue will follow hot on its heels, meaning that I should be back on track by March 1st. It's been a long, hard slog, but I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. If you absolutely can't wait to get the Nov/Dec issue in your mailbox, I have uploaded an electrtonic version (PDF) to the website.
