Anyone planning on laying off the sauce/going to bed early enough to take a stab at the Resolution Run 5K on New Year's Day (10:00am, Hilton Park)

The climb up the Shelby Pedestrian Bridge at 2.5M will be sure to sober up any N.Y.E party animals.

...or the New Year's Day 5K on the ultra-fast Neyland Dr. course in Knoxville. I'm in for that one, and I think Bobby Holcombe and Stewart Ellington are running it, too.

I thought Jack Hass got second (or someone with a similar name). :-)

Press ran great. Stew was out a little slow with the group for 800m, and then he was gone, going through 1m in 4:52 and easily maintaining that the rest of the way. Good battle between the other three for the other places, but youth prevailed this time.
